Wondering where your order is? We're here to help.

At Mini Base, every order is carefully packed and shipped with tracking. Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

To track your order:

  1. Locate your order number from your confirmation email.

  2. Email us at minibasesh@gmail.com with the subject line "Track My Order".

  3. Please include your full name and order number in the message.

  4. Our support team will respond with your current tracking status within 24 hours (Mon–Fri).
