1. When will my order ship?
We aim to process all orders within 1–2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is dispatched.
2. How long does delivery take?
We offer free standard shipping across the UK. Delivery usually takes 5–8 business days after dispatch.
3. How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. If you need help tracking it, email us at minibasesh@gmail.com with your order number.
4. Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help. Please email us as soon as possible at minibasesh@gmail.com with your order number and request.
5. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is free, and we do not charge any restocking fees. Items must be unused and in original packaging. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
6. Do you offer exchanges?
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, we recommend returning your item for a refund and placing a new order.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal and other secure payment methods displayed at checkout.
8. My item arrived damaged—what should I do?
We’re sorry to hear that! Please email us at minibasesh@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item. We'll make it right.
9. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom.
